You don’t often find Natalie at the front of a yoga class teaching; instead she prefers to be behind the scenes of her studio bringing it all together, or chatting to the students after class.
Hailing from Northern Ireland, Natalie loves to inspire people to listen to their truth and take the first steps to reach their full potential, and believes that in doing yoga gives us the time to find that inner place that requires deep reflection into our lives.
Nomad Yoga has a welcoming & friendly environment with a positive energy creating a safe haven for yogi travellers.
Natalie also holds Reiki certification levels 1 & 2 through the Mikao Usui linage. She believes this unseen ‘life-force energy’ which flows through us and keeps us alive can be channelled to others to reduce stress and promote relaxation and feeling of peace, if our life-force energy is high, we are more capable of being healthy & happy.
