A resource for all things yoga in Vietnam.

Yoga in Vietnam (YIV) is Vietnam's first and only resource for all things yoga in Vietnam. Our mission is to make information easy and accessible for travelers exploring Vietnam and practitioners living in Vietnam.

Whether you are already traveling Vietnam and would like to start or maintain your practice or you would like to come to Vietnam to learn and deepen your knowledge, find information on yoga studios, yoga trainings, retreats, workshops and more on Yoga in Vietnam.

YIV was created by yoga student, teacher and trainer, Victoria Nhan after realizing that there was no one place and no easy way to find yoga information in Vietnam. "Living in Vietnam for over two years, and traveling around Vietnam during this time, I love to practice in different parts of the country. But, I found it difficult to find studios and trainings to deepen my practice. This information wasn't readily available in one place; so I started Yoga in Vietnam to make it easy for other yogis and those coming to Vietnam to step on the mat."

YIV is also about community; connecting travelers and yogis to one another, and learning and growing to expand the yoga knowledge in Vietnam. Join our online community to share, learn and connect with others.

VICTORIA NHAN,
Founder

Victoria Nhan is a yoga and mindfulness student, teacher, and trainer based in Hoi An, Vietnam. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Victoria left the comforts of her home in 2016 to travel and explore different ways of being. While making slow journeys through Southeast Asia and Australia, she discovered that yoga, mindfulness and Reiki are all modalities that enhance life - not just a practice for the mat.

Her practice revolves around the simple question: "how can we live life with more love, peace, and joy?"

"The practice changed my life, and now I couldn't imagine doing anything else but sharing it!" Learn more about Victoria and join her for drop in classes, private classes, masterclasses & workshops or Reiki healing treatments when you're in Hoi An.
