Lou hails from Melbourne, Australia and currently lives in Saigon with her husband and two young children.
Despite taking yoga classes on and off for the last decade, her love of yoga was truly ignited during her first pregnancy in 2015. She has found that spending time on the mat with a regular practice gives her the space to calm her mind and connect with her body which boosts her capacity to keep up pace with kids and life.
Lou is part of the team at Yoga Joy Saigon in District 7 where she teaches regular classes. In addition, she holds a weekly class by the lotus pond under the trees at the beautiful Crescent Park for an invigorating and nature filled practice.
