Thank you for visiting Yoga in Vietnam ("www.yogainvietnam.com", "YIV"). By visiting and using our site, you agree that the content you are engaging with is owned by Yoga in Vietnam, its clients or partners and you do not have the rights to the content on the site for personal, business, or corporate use without prior approval by Yoga in Vietnam.

You additionally agree that any content you submit to Yoga in Vietnam or share with Yoga in Vietnam via email, our web site, Facebook or Instagram becomes the property of Yoga in Vietnam and we reserve the right to share, post, publish and use the content as we see fit. This includes both written, audio and photographic content unless otherwise specified. For example, if you submit information for a studio, a photo for a contest we’re hosting or information for partnership opportunities, we reserve the right to use that information and photo on our web site and other channels for promotion, marketing, and advertising with others.

Yoga in Vietnam is a centralized resource for information on yoga, health and wellness in Vietnam. We partner with select studios, schools and teachers to offer booking and advertising services to their yoga studios, trainings, retreats, classes and/or workshops. Users signing up to yoga studios, trainings, retreats, classes and/or workshops through Yoga in Vietnam will not hold liability against YIV.

Upon booking, users shall submit a non-refundable deposit to Yoga in Vietnam. The remaining cost is paid directly to the yoga studio, school or teacher as per their terms and conditions.

Yoga in Vietnam is not liable for any disputes after bookings, injuries or disagreements between YIV web site users and the yoga studio, school, teacher, facilitator, and/or organizer. Yoga in Vietnam is also not liable for the performance quality, delivery, or content of the yoga studio, school, or teacher provides during their trainings, retreats, classes and/or workshops.

booking a training, retreat or event

Yoga in Vietnam partners with select studios, schools and teachers to offering booking services to their yoga trainings, retreats or events. Booking and registering for a training, retreat or event through our web site does not confirm a user’s spot until they have submitted a non-refundable deposit for the training, retreat or event. This non-refundable deposit is paid directly to Yoga in Vietnam via Canadian email transfer, direct bank transfers from Australian, European, British and American bank account holders, PayPal and Stripe. The remaining cost of the training, retreat or event is paid directly to the yoga studio, school or teacher as per their terms and conditions.

In some cases, Yoga in Vietnam will offer exclusive discounts to the training, retreat or event when users book through our web site. This offer is only available for users who book and register through our web site, and not available when booking directly with the studio, school or teacher.

COntests, giveaways and competitions

From time to time, Yoga in Vietnam will run contests, giveaways and competitions to our web site users and followers. Each individual contest, giveaway and competition will have a specific set of terms and conditions but overall they are facilitated through YIV for the benefit of our users.

For contests, giveaways and competitions that include monetary prize vouchers, these vouchers can only be claimed when booking a retreat or training through the Yoga in Vietnam platform. They cannot be used for direct bookings for retreats or trainings or on other booking platforms.

Bookings are limited to one voucher per booking. All bookings using vouchers are subject to availability for the chosen retreat or training. Vouchers must be used within 12 months of the end of the contest, giveaway or competition.

By entering a contest, giveaway or competition through Yoga in Vietnam, you agree that Yoga in Vietnam is not responsible or liable for any disputes after claiming the contest, giveaway or competition prize. YIV is not liable for bookings, injuries or disagreements between YIV contest participants, and the yoga studio, school, teacher, facilitator, and/or organizer. Yoga in Vietnam is also not liable for the performance quality, delivery, or content of the yoga studio, school, or teacher provides during their trainings or retreats. We also assume no responsibility for technical failures or glitches by the user when attempting to engage in a contest, giveaway or competition on our site.

Contest, giveaway and competition participants are subject to the full terms and conditions listed on this page.

PARTNERSHIPS and SPONSORSHIPS

From time to time, Yoga in Vietnam may partner or endorse a featured member of our community, specific product or brand. Our number one priority is to provide our users an easily accessible place for information on yoga, health and wellness in Vietnam.

We will only partner with, endorse or promote a product that is in line with our brand and values and reserve the right to remove/revoke an kind of endorsement without notice if there is a change in the quality of the product or service or based on feedback from our users.

CHANGES

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
