Meditation (heart-based awareness)
Body-based practices (TRE©, somatic descent and more)
Deep process work process work / inquiry – tools for when it gets real
“These are some of the tools that I use and have built up over time. They’re based on modern ‘best practice’ for accessing and developing our consciousness; hacks for having a joyful time here on planet earth, interwoven with songs and vocal liberation exercises. All voices will be given the time and space they need to develop confidence and freedom.
In my twenties, a combination of depression and curiosity initiated the adventure of a lifetime – a 25-year-long swan dive into meditation, mantra, tantra, psychotherapy, bodywork, energy medicine and more. It hasn’t always felt easy, because we can’t bypass the work of gritty, real life, but it has been a deeply satisfying process of awakening an awareness based in a loving heart.
My intention is that Everyday Radiance should be a ‘how to’ to access and live from our deepest knowing, to live a life of creativity and adventure that is centred in a loving, gentle heart.” ~ Jeremy de Tolle
